In Gujarat State, Educational Training and Research works have been done by GCERT, Gandhinagar with the help, guidance and support of NCERT, New Delhi. GCERT, Gandhinagar has established District Institute of Education and Training in each district of Gujarat State for the same. Here in this District, Since 1994, Sarkari Buniyadi Stree Adhyapan Mandir has been upgraded in to DIET, following the Gujarat Government circuler No. JSBh-1294-01-01, 04th Feb. 1994.
To overcome the need of infrastructural facilities, especially like office building of DIET-Patan, 6.5 Acres land was alloted in the campus of Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan.

Dear Friends,
I always think that what is the real education? and which Qualities of educator? Educator is a teacher also. I say that a teacher who can explain the meaning of colour to blind that teacher can explain or teach anything easily to students.
Here, I must say a teacher should work heartly. because to be a teacher is an opportunities like sunrise, if you wait to long you can miss it. Education enabled to meet the challenges. To be a best teacher, a teacher should have nine qualities, which is called 9M. (1) Master in content (2) Methd (3) Manner (4) Motivator (5) Mercy (6) Man (7) Mother (8) Master mind (9) Moral.
A teacher also be a good learner. and so he should think that every man i meet is my superior in some way, in that i learn from him.
At the end i wish every teacher should be a hard worker. This must be a motto of teachers life.
